Rise Of The Moonbird

LURE OF THE BANCHEES

Muses In A Hawthorne Tree

HAZY MOON DREAMS

WELLSPRINGS OF BLUE VELVET

Mermaids In Mesmerize And Cage

WHITE DOVE HEAVEN BOUND

PERSON ROBBER

Cleopatra Steps

Healing Drops

JUST ON PAUSE

TRAPEZE POSES IN AIR

WHEN WE PICKED DAISIES

BRIEF BEAUTY

LOVE IN OCEANS BLUE

LET HIM GO TO ANOTHER LIGHT

WINTER FROST ON MY ASPHALT

TO A REUNION WITH HELL'S ANGELS

HIS SOUND

THE FLASH OF YOUR SMILE

SACRIFICES OF HEART

A CHANCE OF SUN

WAITING FOR THE MISSING HALF

A MOON LIKE THIS

CAPTIVE TO A MIRROR WORLD

THE MAGIC IN YOUR MUSIC

LETTER TO MY BRIGHTEST STAR

WHAT I LOVED ABOUT YOU MOST

UNEXPECTED ENDING

HEAVENLY GAZES GHAZAL

WHERE YOUR HEART IS CARRIED

WHAT ABOUT INSTANT CHEMISTRY?

Saluting The Army Reserve

When I was five
and my brother was just three,
we lived across the street
from an Army Reserve barracks.

We were in awe
of the khaki-clad soldiers
who gathered each day for exercises.

My brother and I would wait
on our front porch,

our toy rifles hoisted
to our shoulders,
chubby fingers poised
in respectful salutes.

The soldiers that passed us by
would salute in return,
and we like proud troopers
stood taut and straight as arrows.
