Empowering Faith

John 6:26-29

You come after Christ not because of signs,
But because you saw the long bread lines;
You been given enough in having a bellyful,
Just do not be playing up Christ as a fool;
Let not your work be for food to perish,
Rather food having eternal life to cherish;
Which the Son of man is able to give you,
On Him God has put His mark for to view;
You question on just how to do His deed,
Just have faith and spread the Gospel seed.
Believe in Christ, that the Father has sent,
Confessing of your sins praying to repent;
Never be living just for today, plan ahead,
Not as to be looking at tomorrow to dread;
With living in sin today tomorrow too late,
Confessing your wrong doing trying to wait;
So confess now while still having a chance,
Then an inheritance in Heaven will enhance;
In combining that with spreading His Word,
A renewing strength in a faith empowered.
