Vessels of GodI Corinthians 15:29-34 What is the deal with baptism for the dead? If they do not come back so what instead; As well as feeling as in danger every hour, As in Baghdad insurgents desire to devour; With your pride my life is one long death, Uncertainty with each time I take a breath; What profits me as I am fighting the beast? If the dead don't come to life let us feast; For tomorrow may come to an abrupt end, As another year closing and all transcend; Beware of false words in a deadly game, Wake up stop sin that puts you to shame. Some are just ignorant to God in this war, And of Jesus Christ knocking on our door; Regardless if Afghanistan or Iraq we fight, Always remember that God gives us might; I am no prophet but can tell you as we are, Seeing the beginning of the end not too far; Another year almost over in His command, As vessels of God being held in His hand.
