milly molly

milly molly

milly molly has a stomach ache
since she gobbled a giant cake
four foot square and four foot wide
with thirty seven fried eggs inside
plus ginger spice with candied peel
half a pig and some jellied eel
wholemeal flour yeast and gin
all mixed up with a rolling pin
cooked in an oven made of mud
that was the only way she could
get an oven so tall and deep wide
to get that cake fully placed inside
she didn't cook it for a trick
it's just that she was dyslexic
so for inches she read feet
when she made her little treat
and when in her preparations to cook
half way through got the wrong book
so she baked half pork pie with mustard
and half fruit pudding  with cream custard
its very diffucult to know what you need
'specially when you cant really read
she ate it cos she couldn't stand waste
and in truth did rather like the taste
milly molly a chef will never be
but I like her and she likes me
