Friends.When people help and understand... Each other when there's a trial, And support each other at length, Even for a little while. When people help and understand, The meaning of the love of a friend, And help and guide and support, When our strength to them we'll lend. We all have our weaknesses, And we all need a friend or two, To help, support and rely on, When times are hard for me and you. Extend your hand, to one who'll understand, Don't back yourself into a wall, We all need a friend, with an ear to lend, When we hear that persons call.
