A Hot Day In Sydney
I'm hellishly hot,
And sticky and wet.
The sunshine is burning,
And melting me yet.
I try to stay focused,
But soon lose it all.
My head is hot heaving,
I feel myself fall.
A hot day in Sydney,
So heavy with heat,
Is flamingly horrid,
I think I'll retreat!
Joy Weare.
1st November, 2004.
