The Mind of Poetry
What Should I do?
Sometimes I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry.
To jump up with gladness or crouch down with tears.
Yes I'm here and alive,
But should I be here or should I be somewhere else?
I'm not sure!
My hands freeze up as I ponder on deep thoughts.
Why do I look at some people,
And notice the charm that no one else sees?
Other times I don't see anything though only wish I could.
Tell me when I should laugh,
Or when I should cry,
For I will leap into the air with delight,
Or fall down on my knees with tears.
