Mrs Snitchnose!Mrs Snitchnose is her name, And she flies about the sky, Making sure the children are asleep, Because another day's gone by! She flies around the skies, Swishing her broomstick away, Over the hills, and down the dales, She skips and hops all day! Singing funny little tunes, She flips and flops along, Sailing across the cotton wool clouds, On her broomstick so very strong! When suddenly all went quiet, Her broomstick stopped in flight! And as she fell to the floor with a bang, She woke up from her dream in fright! And on the cabinet by her bed, Was the little opened book Of Mrs Snitchnose and her broom, And how when as fell the entire earth all shook! Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem |
