Preparing to Proclaim

Luke 24:44-49

All must be done as per the Law of Moses,
Just as the prophets and David to call us;
Open your mind to the Scriptures to learn,
With the title as a disciple that you earn;
As is written to behoove Christ for to die,
Coming back alive in 3 days just to say Hi;
In that teaching about a change of heart,
With forgiveness of sins given to impart;
Going out to all of the nations in His name,
Being a witness of Christ for to proclaim;
Christ sends us what God has undertaken,
Remembering that He has never forsaken.
We are called upon for performing a chore,
If it's necessary for in going door to door;
Proclaiming Jesus Christ and His Gospel,
Throughout all the earth to all the people;
Before doing it get our own noses clean,
Being free of sin and believe the unseen;
Know the Psalms and the prophets say,
Allow no temptation in letting you stray.
