A Source of JoyRomans 14:14-17 I am for certain of Jesus Christ as my Lord, In my heart is loved, honored, and adored; And that nothing is ever unclean on its own, Rather through opinions of man has shown; If since on food your brother is afflicted, Then your love from God shall be affected; Never let food be a destruction of the one, As Christ had died for salvation to be won; Never let men say evil of your good deeds, In your efforts of spreading Gospel seeds; The Kingdom of God is not food and drink, Rather of peace and joy in a Spiritual link. We often think on the realm of this world, What Heaven is like as His plan is unfurled; Just laying on a cloud and playing a harp, Thinking that white robe would look sharp; Rather it's throwing away an earthly source, Of thoughts and dreams in an unclean force; No longer living in destruction or in fear, Rather a source of joy in love so sincere.
