The Source of Wealth

Revelation 3:15-18

Christ has knowledge of all of your deeds,
Neither cold nor warm not that it exceeds;
Since you are not either one or the other,
He'll have nothing to do with you, brother;
You have wealth and things and also land,
No need of anything from God or His hand;
Unaware of your deplorable temperament,
Being poor and blind without any garment;
If wise get gold from Christ tested by fire,
As to find true wealth that you so desire;
Also for white robes to hide your disgrace,
And oil for your eyes for to see His face.
The evil in your heart can make you blind,
Just what has been happening to mankind;
And has made you deaf within your ear,
The cries for help that you can not hear;
Christ is waiting at the door with a signal,
If you want to enter leave anything carnal;
He will give a place by His seat on high,
In leaving this world and saying good bye.
