The Living Choice

Deuteronomy 30:15-18

God has shown us life and good on this day,
As well as death and evil come what may;
Telling us to love Him with all our might,
And for maintaining our faith not by sight;
In walking in His ways and keep His laws,
Following His guidance not to make flaws;
While in return to increase your own life,
Making it more fulfilling with less strife;
But if your heart is locked and ear is shut,
You would be a servant to lust and smut;
So be warned that destruction is your fate,
As your life is cut short by Satan's bait.
We are given a choice while here on earth,
Being blessed or cursed from time of birth;
How long we live then where we may go,
Depends on the path we take as we grow;
For reading and following His Holy Word,
Or you just shrug it off as in being absurd;
However, at the end you will get an invoice,
Itemized that has been your living choice.
