Of all the emotions in the human repertoire,
Hate, anger, resentment are the most powerful;
These sentiments are also considered self-destructive,
What ever is begun in rage surely ends in disgrace.

Yet it's exceedingly tough to just forgive and forget,
But who are we to condemn and abhor for life?
The agony is too much, I know and I understand,
But I'm sure, the hurt was not intentionaly done.

If you learned to forgive, it will set you free,
From the manacles of hatred, anger and resentment;
Grab the power or the force and rise above the pain,
And this will release you from emotional lockup!
