Yes, They Did It…


Yes I'm afraid they did this mess,
They ripped up all the floors,
And proceeded to make a disaster,
Of all the nice wooden doors!

They pulled the tiles off the bathroom wall,
They pulled the pipes off the sink,
And just like that, off they go,
They disappeared in a blink!

So you tell me you wouldn't do what they did,
And you promise me this and that,
You say all this, and promise all this,
As you're wiping muddy boots on the mat!

Well let me tell you this shall I,
Cos I'm only saying what needs to be said,
If you wreck this flat like them,
I'm going to cut off your head!

It's costing me a fortune,
Replacing all this stuff,
And I'm on 24 hour call…
And it's making me look rough!

So yes, I'm warning you now,
Don't you make the same mistake!
Cos after all, when said and done,
It's my abode for goodness sake!
