Body heat keeps us warm
as we lay on our sides
in a vee-shape,
your softly rounded buttocks
fitting against my
stomach, my thighs,
my hand resting softly
on your hip, my breasts
against your back.
I laughed and said,
"You know I'm part Irish.
The old blessing,
may the wind always

well, I may have gotten
that a little mixed-up!"

I love laughing with you,
