This is how I saw the world's condition when I wrote this.
O the poverty, violence,
and all such ills,
Simmering in greed
the pot fills,
O Lord the blazing sun's so hot,
The fire turns black the boiling pot,
Which rises our heated steam,
Make us forget our shallow dreams
And grace, mercy,
and trials from thee,
stir us into eternity.
