I Watch You!
I watch you as you whither
before my eyes. Each step you
shake and shuffle, with uncertainty.
"I never thought this would
happen to me. I used to play tennis
twice a week. But now just look at me.
I can hardly move at all" you tell me.
I watch you slowly move, and smile
at your determination.
That has certainly not whithered!
Joy Weare.
