…Me And Dan…We've known each other so long a time, And nope, we've never met! But that's all going to change now! Cos the year isn't over yet! So soon I'm having a party, The first I'll have ever seen! And Dan the man is going to come! The fella of my dream! Now no, in all seriousness now, Dan I think you are great! And I also think, well, I know it! We met cos it's all down to fate! Because someone up above, Thought we were such a sorry sight! So He decided to throw us together, For my party night! So Dan, you made a promise, And your promise is your vow! So you're going to be at that party! There's no getting out of it now! I was made up when you said you'd come, In fact, I felt quite sick! Cos its about time we met up lad! Cos the clock goes, tick, tick, tick! Time is passing us by, And before we know where we are, We are going to be 90! If we ever get that far! And so we made a promise, To wait for each other to be ready, Then we are going to get hitched, Well, if we can stand up real steady! Cos at 90 it will be difficult, We will be wobbling everywhere, But with Dan the man holding me up, I won't really care! I think!! Dan, make sure your shoes are polished, And pack them all away, Cos by the time we get wed… Your body will be giving way! You wont be able to polish your shoes, Nor be able to dress yourself! So Dan the man, be careful! Or you'll end up on the shelf! And if you are on the shelf, Then kidder, so will I be! Cos we made a vow to each other, That a wedding we shall see! So oil your bones and joints, And get all fit and tidied up, Cos after all, when said and done, You sure aint no little pup! You're old! Well, You Nearly Are! Mad, me? Narrrr!
