Bouncing  Bob! ...LOL...

Bob woke early,
Bounced from bed
And promptly hit
His pretty head.

"Ouch", he whimpered,
"Oh dear me,
My head's now black
And blue you see"

"Not to worry,
Could be worse,
I could be lying
In a hearse"

He looked in mirror,
Smiled a lot,
Then slipped and bruised
His lovely bot.

"Ouch he whimpered,
Oh dear me,
I'm not a pretty
Sight to see"

"Not to worry,
I'm still here,
I've simply blued
My lovely rear"

Then he sat
To drink some wine,
Smiled and laughed
And felt quite fine.

He got his paper
And his pen,
And felt inspired
To write again!

Oh! bouncing Bob,
Gush your words,
So we can read,
And you be heard!

Joy Weare.
