SPIRITUAL FOOD

Nourishment comes in many shapes and forms,
Freshly-made bread, your tummy longs to taste,
Garnished appetizers, one is just not enough,
Sweets of all kind, so hard for one to resist.

A body's needs, many a times one will neglect,
While lingering to unfold one's spiritual cravings,
waiting too long may cause abuse to our feeding,
as our body and soul are not separate, but whole.

Spiritual food comes from our own beliefs,
A recipe with no set measure to its ingredients.
By  adding love and respect to our existence,
it's some of the best nourishment we can consume...

.....and make it last most tastefully.
