A Bath Of Pleasure

When you speak of the stars,
do you ever notice
how they dance in your eyes?
When you melt like a wafer
on the tongue of my soul,
do you feel my pleasure?

You slip-slide over
the slope of my neck
raining warm kisses on my skin
like a fine-drizzled mist.
You relax me, float me
on watered bliss, into
a bath of Calgon ardor.

You are a massage
that explores, that stimulates.
You begin the slow descent
into the steamy pools
of my rising desire.
You are a dizzying whirlpool
of urgent touches, erotic currents.

When you speak of the Moon,
do you want to know
how it makes your lips glow?
When you melt like soft butter
upon the palate of my heart,
do you taste the rapture?
