Becoming Family in ChristJohn 13:31-35 The Son of man glorified as God is in Him, Been glorified in the light where it is dim; For the glory has come from God to shine, As an eternal flame powered by the Divine; Christ stood among us just for a short stay, But shall return to earth on Judgment Day; In the mean time we continue our search, In the return of Christ our plea in church; For where He has gone we can not follow, But fear not having to be living in sorrow; He left us with a law to love one another, Treating others as your sister or brother. We are all one family in the eyes of Christ, Apt by our Heavenly Father as sacrificed; For those who believe He gives eternal life, Of alternatives of being troubled by strife; He also adopts us as part of our salvation, To become His children in His foundation; By loving each other you will be disciples, Making brothers and sisters as your pupils.
