Freedom to dream
Lock me in a eight by twelve,
Close me in without a door,
Take my clothes, my wedding ring,
Take my sight, my voice to sing,
Take the water and food I need,
Kick and hit me until I bleed,
Tell me no one cares anymore,
Make me crawl on the floor,
Take them all one by one,
Freedom of prayer to my God,
Freedom to hold the old iron rod,
You can take them all, everything,
But you can never take what I dream
