The Rule of LoveMatthew 22:36-40 There is one commandment that is in the law, That truly is the greatest rule of them all; Love the Lord your God with all your heart, And with all of your soul never for to part; And with all your mind through each thought, Praising to be thankful for all He brought; For the first and the greatest one thereof, As well as the second one concerning love; By loving your neighbor as you are selfsame, For this kind of love does not bring shame; As these two rules and prophets are based, And every person remembered to be embraced. Some things are truly simple for to explain, And should be easy for a memory to retain; Your love to fill up your heart and soul, Allowing our Lord God to remain in control; It is quite simple and easy to understand, Committing yourself and obey His command; Since He loved the world by giving His Son, Showing us His love and He will never shun.
