Sometimes I feel lost and all alone
to where hope seems almost gone
then Jesus speaks in His gentle way
Child, trust me and just hang on.

Your deepest storm in depth of night
before long will become day light
I will always be there at your side
to guide and give you sight.

Remember, once I had a darkened day
My Father had to look completely away
and when your sin fell deep on me
I found the strength to hang on and stay.

So grab my hand, it won't be long
I'll bring your life a brand new song
look up and you will surely see
through weakness I'll make you strong.
