There is a store of great value in the wise,
That is wasted by the foolish who just lies;
By going after righteousness and mercy,
Will get life and honor as well as foresee;
It is the faith of the wise giving strength,
For overcoming obstacles at any length;
A watchful eye on mouth and his tongue,
That troubled words have not been slung;
And unto the wise know right from wrong,
Ensuring a clean soul will remain strong;
Since the man of pride foolishness in soul,
Has high-hearted rudeness not in control.
Only the wise who seeks righteousness,
Will be touched by God with blessedness;
For he has the perseverance and patience,
In waiting upon the Lord for His guidance;
Foolish men can not wait for a guiding hand,
For uprightness of God they misunderstand;
All because they do not follow the rules,
And that is why they are a bunch of fools.
