Reborn.

Slow dying heart
The escaping drips
Of blood falling upon
Pouting lips.

Waning candle
Lips draw my last
Life passes, a dying storm
Of enclosing darkness.

Farewell to a soul
Strings unplayed
Caring hands now
Tend death and decay.

With Luna I rise
Hailing rebirth,
Free from dependency
Released of innocence.

Without fear of myself
Alone with indifference
Unlocked from a cage
Of guilt and repentence..

Enacting upon thoughts
Freed from a minds wall
Where once distracted
Hidden behind a moral veil.

The pain of change
Refreshing in a moment
Savoured for lasting
Voices now forever silent.
