ESCAPE FROM THIS DARKNESS
Walk within the shadows,
You will find windows.
As comes shafts of light,
Darkness takes short flights.
Not leaving the room
Waiting in the gloom,
giving you only a glance,
toward some forbidden dance
to be able to understand,
there will be no promised land,
as long as there is darkness,
and you hide in your meekness.
Never standing up to,
Darkness sad, lonely blues,
Scare of the beating of your own heart
As trying to escape from this darkness you start.
