Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

Insomnolence

It's late night on a friday.
Or, early morning on a saturday.
And you can only spell insomnia
One way.

Idle, quiet eyes,
Nocturnal smiles and
Sickened stomachs are
Only what I face on these
Measureless nights that become
Never-ending memories.
Infinitesimal are the hours
After they are gone without recall.

There are no mondays, tuesdays wednesdays,
No thursdays, fridays, saturdays or sundays.
Just uninterrupted hours and
You can't spell insomnia without I.
