In starting to write here
How can I begin to tell
In the glowing dim light
Growing in my heart well
How much I do love you
How much I really care.
Blue skies are so few
Since you came I swear
This and much I declare
Sorrow, pain and despair
For me no more unshed tears
You're like an answered prayer
Overflowing with all the joy
True love can never be destroyed
You know that as well as me
With you is all I want to be.
