Ismail…For You!Two... Now if you check me out, I'm sure you will agree… That a poet is what I am, Prolific little old me! I needed to place an order, So the number I did dial… And I really have to say it! That call brought me a smile! You see, I got this smashing fella, Who was as cheery as can be! He did his all to make that call… As easy as he could for me! He told me this and that, And explained the delivery plan, He is a star, oh yes, by far! What a lovely man! We had a laugh as we chatted, And he explained it all to me you see! I must admit, he's a cheery thing, And yep, happiness works for me! I think you would agree with me, That in this day and age… Happiness is very important, in fact, I hear it's all the rage! Not that we come across it much, Oh dear me, so sad, So when you come across a fella like him, It makes the heart feel glad! Now I think I put him on a spot, Because I asked of him his name, Oh dear me, he did tell of course, Without hesitation, nor refrain! Of course I wanted it for a reason, As you can surely see, So I could send a thank you! To him, from little old me! So here I am telling it true, This fella is just great! Nothing was a trouble to him! I think he's now my mate! Now if all your staff are like this fella, Oh goodness me, oh wow! Everyone would flock to your call centre - And become a customer right now! Now his name is quite unusual, well, To me it certainly is, Ismail– what a gem! Yep, he does the sale's bit biz! So there I am having a smile, Brought about by this lad! Yes, I have to tell it true! He's really not three bad! Now I like to give my thanks, And when needed I give praise! So please thank Ismail for all his help! And give that lad a raise!!!
