Inner Child

To own a kid within
Is a good trait to control
For it shows you that you empower
The ability of imagination
To let love ignite in many various positions
To those whom are called “childish”
Remember there is a place and time
But do not fret, do not mind
The kid within is a good friend to boast
For it shows innocence
And imagination beyond the close mindedness
That overruns our society today
For those of you that fear
Others will not hear
All has a chance to rearrange
To fit our needs if time
Is given for it to succeed
You will find your true place
And person to be with
For the child within
In it's rare pure innocent form
Will be able to teach your mate
At love you can be great
Do not solely listen to those irrelevant
You're the one that matters, make the heart melt
Just choose the time and place accurately
And forever will be yours emotionally
