Epilepsy...E Epilepsy - awareness is our aim P Perseverance… I Ignorance is a shame! E Every day we're here… P People just don't realize- S Shunning isn't fair! Y Yes,' we're normal humans! I just thought I'd make that clear! People just don't realize, What it's all about, They think epilepsy's just taboo, Of that there is no doubt. So a little understanding, Is what we need to see! Bringing awareness to everyone, To the understanding of epilepsy! Now it's true that people shy away, Cos they haven't got a clue, Educating, that's what's needed, Epilepsy's not taboo! But life's not always easy, Most people will agree, Especially when it does involve, Those suffering from epilepsy! Were not circus freaks! We're humans through and through, It's just we have a problem, As most other people do! Now, if it was bladder trouble, Or a pretty dickey ticker, Would people shy away? No, they'd run to help much quicker! So look toward your future, Don't shun or turn away, Cos you never know what lies ahead? 'It could happen to you one day!'
