LOST MY SELF

I woke up this morning,

Tumbled out of bed,

Made a cup of coffee,

Rolled a cig to clear my head,

Here I came I sat me down,

To the land of poems and dreams,

Is where I was bound,

But then it happened to me,

My brain was not found,

I thought for a while,

Scratching my head,

No nothing there,

Was empty and dead,

Drinking my coffee I started to wake,

But stared at the screen,

In a hypnotised state,

Where was my memory,

These feelings inside,

When I woke up,

I think they did hide,

So I've gone to the bedroom,

That's where I woke,

For this person before me,

Is not the same bloke,

I've gone to find me,

I know that I'm there,

I left me in bed,

Whilst my body is here,

So if you do see me,

Up on you screen,

Keep me here chatting,

Until I return.
