Copyright@Geraldine Mc MullanThese waters whisper secrets that no one else can hear Telling me of by gone days I gently brush away each tear A little boat lies within This water deep yet still Grandparents lie peacefully Somewhere here at God's own will Whispers of tranquility soft voices calm and sweet I feel their presence engulf me From my head right to my feet Sitting here I see each face Standing on that little boat They gently wave and blow a kiss For a few seconds they are afloat Are they watching over me sending me their love Letting me know that they still care As from deep water they come above Disappearing into the depths The whispers fade they're gone There's just the ripples of gentle waves At the breaking of this dawn !
