Shanks Gates!!!Liverpool!! They stand there proud and tall in stature, And defend the Reds…100% For Shank's led the way to infinity! For he was Heaven sent!! St Peter asked him to follow him! Once he got to the pearly gates above! And showered him with stardust, And sprinkled him with love! For the mighty man who we all loved, Led the way for the Reds to prevail! And never did Shanks let them down! For they will always prevail! St Peter took him under his wing, For Shanks was a very blessed and special man! And no matter what and no matter when, The Mighty Reds will always be his fan! Shank's is truly a legend for everyone, And his name and memory will never die! For he is infinitely remembered! He is the stars shining bright in the sky! So when you look to the Northern star, And you see a twinkle looking back at you! Be sure that's our beloved Shanks! Watching out for the Reds like me and you! The supporters will never fail them! Nor will they fail that great man Shanks! And so for all of infinity- We will love him forevermore!!!
