Jonah's Cry Of Help

Jonah's desperately cries for help after being disobedient to God.  We sometimes finds ourselves disobeying God to and find ourselves in a Jonah like situation. So Jonah beat upon his jail cell of hell and beg for help from God.

Ooh, beat i fiercely the steel wall
to the merciful throne i call
If there's a God in the sky
show thyself now! O Lord
 or let me die
O watery Cave!
O moving Grave!
mined tearful regret!
O Lord don't let...don't let
my drained soul stay
if ever a heart, O God!
please hear me pray
O mighty this jail!
O strong this hell!
and the jaws there in!
repent I forever O God
 for my foolish sin!
O let live or let die
whatever thy choice O God!
hear my cry
let not this be my grave at sea
O God,
Save me! Save me! Save me!
