From Life To Death
In this poem I describe life as being made up of hours not years. All is over in a day's time.
The rise of the sun...
the morning light...
The struggling noon...
then the gloomy moon,
with its sad sight
ends life too soon...too soon,
with its dark plight.
And there forever...
shall be with the still night.
