 97 ROCK '' LIFE'S NOT FAIR''  POET'S VERSION
Life's not fair
He loves me not
While here I am
Forever caught
Obsessed with him
Caressed by him
You're just his whim
And therefore not a lot

Love's not being wooed
It tears the soul apart
He's your life's food
Feeding your starving heart

Death will come
It does to all
Smart or dumb
This world's fall

Spirit has to be the right form
A mind full of grace
Blowing over everything, touching warm
Then life's fair, we're in the same space.
