A Marketplace of Prayer?Luke 19:41-47 Even to know of things that give peace, Although being blind and unable to see; A time to come when war will not cease, As you wander in dismay how it can be. Your enemy will build a wall around you, And is surrounding you from every side; Making it seem as being lost on what to do, With being confused you can not decide. They level you as even with to the ground, Along with your children are laid to rest; A massive grave and no headstone around, Not seeing your day of mercy in your quest. You'll find it written if you read the Word, The House of the Lord is a House of prayer; To use it for anything else is quite absurd, A place for God in your problems to share. It isn't a marketplace for a den of thieves, Maybe why your enemies have overtaken; As it happens to be one of His pet peeves, Could be why God seems to have forsaken.
