I Once Was....
*this is strictly written in fun....lol
I once was rich
full of green
until the IRS came knocking
and took all my fine things
I once was wise
until I looked back
and I had lost my a**
I once was kind and giving
until a stupid twit
abused my generosity
I once was very good at love
but that sense has either went down the toilet or tub
I once was never forgetful of a single thing
but now I am lucky to remember to wash my hair
when it smells I know it's time
hey I once was great....in my head
now I spend most of my time
snoring in this lumpy hard bed
wasting my time I know am
and so proud of this I am gonna frame it
I once was everything
than a funny thing happened
I decided I didn't need to be anything
so I just turned off my alarm clock!
