The power of silence sometime say and do a lot more than words ever could.
I stared
She smiled
I smiled
Our hearts got loud
I winked
She teased,
that almost brought me to my knees
I blew a kiss
but darn I missed,
the moment I didn't seize
but her heart said,
"Mamma's well please...well please..."
I said hello
She laughed,
it seemed but a moment
but hours had passed
I asked her name
She said,
"I'll keep it to myself if to you it's all the same."
I wondered
She thought,
until again our eyes caught
and together we walked
toward eternity
