PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN
Colorful sparkles fill the sky,
Souls singing without a sigh,
Commemorating the birth of our nation,
An anniversary filled with celebration.
Independence is what we celebrate today,
On a very prevalent 4th of July day,
God Bless America, for which it stands,
From sea to shining sea, in our grateful hands.
Brave are all our soldiers, who fight for what is right,
As we pray each day for pride & justice without fright,
Terror has confiscated a multitude of souls,
Only to make us stronger with our daily chores.
"In God We Trust" is a written declaration,
To which we are proud, without evacuation,
So let us raise our flag of red, white and blue,
And praise its glory, to which it stands so true!
