Listening to ReasonIsaiah 1:16-20 Be washed and you shall become clean, Put the evil away that is before my eyes; Never to allow such things to be seen, Because it is a sin that God will despise. Take pleasure in all of your good deeds, Let your ways walk the righteous path; Stop such a cruel life sowing evil seeds, Or God shall judge you with His wrath. Give guidance to the child with no father, Lend a hand rendering aid to the widow; For God desires us to love one another, In the same manner that He would show. So let us be rational and listen to reason, How can a bloody sin turn snowy white? How can devotion derive from treason? How can you be righteous in His sight? If you give an ear to His word then do, The blessings of the land shall be yours; But by rejecting or your heart isn't true, Then His wrath comes through the doors.
