I Am Saved
I Am Saved
I could mess it up
but you have always cleaned it up
you have loved me before I knew you
how I have grown to believe
that it's your grace that substains me
I am a body of sin
but everyday you cleanse this soul
because I am saved!
I have often thought of how you suffered
the pain that you always knew you would have to endure
I know you have made me tough
for some of the same reasons....to see beyond the fear
and know that in the end
there is rewards, there is joy, there is reunions with loved ones
there is the valley but the mountain I will sit upon one day
simply because I am saved!!
