I just write whatever comes to mind
And just go with the flow
Sometimes it's about love
And the man of my dreams
About what I think of love
But it's never like it seems
It may be about tough times
And all the problems I've been through
About all the tough choices to make
Because I didn't know what to do
It may also be about how I hurt
And why I always seem to cry
About the feelings that don't come out
And why I always have to hide
It could also be about my anger
But there's not much to say
Because I am a very positive person
And I don't let anything ruin my day
It could also be about my dreams
That I can't wait to have come true
To be a poet and a singer
Is what I want to do
It could also be about those who judge
And never look inside
About why those who judge
Seem to walk around with no pride
It could also be about my education
And how much it means to me
Important grades I need to make
To help me live successfully
It could also be about my friends
Whom know everything about me
How much we care for one another
Why being with them makes me so happy
It could also be about what we think
Life may be like after we die
Whether there's a heaven or hell
And why we ask God " Why? "
It could also be about fear
what really gives me a scare
what really scares me the most
Is when no one is ever there
Or maybe even loneliness
Which can cause all kinds of pain
It can hurt deep within the heart
with no need to explain
It could also be about happiness
why I smile everyday
why I have such a positive attitude
Even when people try to push me away
It could also be about my heartbreaks
The guys who cheat and lie
Who seem to have the pleasure
Of making me cry
