Rog's Rhymes~~~All I Could Pump was Rust

Magic

~BUCKS SIGS~

ALL I COULD PUMP WAS RUST!

Now they say, no matter what age, that its never to late to start getting fit
That even if we're ninety or more; we need to move around just a little bit
I am totally all for, regular, aerobic exercise; I will never say that I am not
And I will try to find a plan that works well for me and give it all I've got

So I signed up at the very nearest health gym that is in my little town
I tried all their great machines, pumping my poor old body up and down
"Pumping iron is the only way", my trainer said, as back and forth I thrust
But after endless hours of a grueling, workout all I could pump was rust!
