Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god
Mirror mirror off the wall
It's magnificent,
The way a mirror shatters
From the start of some
Gentle crack from years ago.
It spider-cracks its way
All over the face,
Like age on an elderly person.
Then the pieces of glass fall,
One by one, to the ground,
Like teeth from a rotting mouth.
Then I came,
Stepped on all the shards
Till they stuck in my feet.
And I could see myself
On the bottom of my foot,
Till I knew the true feeling
Of being walked on.
