A Day to ComeIsaiah 26:1-6 A day to come a song is made in the land, Since God will make our salvation strong; Allow the doors be open at His command, For the upright to enter where they belong. A day to come to keep in a perfect peace, Within the man whose heart is unmoved; Because of his hope all wars shall cease, God has shined His light on what behooved. A day to come when we let all of our hope, Be in the Lord our God forever and ever; And when we are able to see the full scope, With a relationship to God that not sever. A day to come as we see the Lord Jehovah, As our sturdy foundation on a solid rock; Unchanging and stronger than a super nova, Compassionate enough to care for His flock. A day to come for crushing those with pride, Pulverizing them to a dust beneath His feet; The poor and needy God will be their guide, For they shall become His chosen and elite.
