ONE DAY AT A TIME

* * * Believing in yourself,
is a blessing in itself,
and with all our given faith,
we can share one another's strength.
Keep On Keeping The Faith,
One Day At A Time."

Written words on scraps of drifting lines
Sketches from reflections of a looking glass
Of what was, and a shadow of what could be
Through time, effort and challenge almost elapsed
With a delightful outlook of yet new beginnings,
Misplaced a dark, tormented victim of reason
Disclosing mysterious beginnings now exposed
Deepest emotions of righteousness unveiled
Graciously edited for someone's awareness
Of one's true realities, yet paralleled by many

One Day At A Time, label chosen for the shield
Once unlocked, it will blast into an open field
Reflections may bring tears along with laughter
From compositions filled with self-acknowledgment
Denial is absorbed from other's unlit negligence
While acceptance is a dwelling of true admissions
As forgiveness is a cleansing beyond recognition

Traveling through time,
taking it...
One Day At A Time.
